Chef Brandon Williams
Chef Brandon Williams also known as "Chef B" is the owner and founder of Chef B Foods, LLC. Chef B's culinary inspiration comes from his love and admiration of the late Chef Paul Prudhomme. Chef B believes cooking is his gift, and Cajun-Creole cuisine is his calling. Under the direction of Chef B, Chef B Foods has made a network television debut on "Food Network’s Supermarket Stakeout" as a contestant on the cooking game show. We’ve launched our Chef B Foods Cajun-Creole products line beginning with our Famous Fish Fry and Crispy Chicken Fry. We will be expanding our product line this year as we continue to service our online business and push to gain more shares in the market by connecting with an enthusiastic grocery chain and finally, we are ambitiously pursuing a restaurant concept venture called, “Chef B’s Restaurant To-Geaux.” Chef B's roster of clients consists of major corporations like Waffle House and Entergy, political officials such as Baton Rouge, Louisiana's Mayor-President Sharon Weston-Broome, private celebrities, and professional athletes like, NFL Legend Warrick Dunn, Pro-Golfer Phil Mickelson and others. Chef B has also had the distinguished honor of being awarded the coveting "Masters Chef Coat" as a member of the culinary team at Augusta National Golf Club's Masters Golf Tournament in 2018. Chef B, received his Culinary Arts Degree at the Louisiana Culinary Institute located in Baton Rouge, La. and is a Certified Culinarian with the American Culinary Federation. With over 20 years of experience, Chef B is a staple in the foodservice industry and he continues to grow and build brands along the way.
